This is an untailored version o dogtag for persons with diabetes. The front of the dogtag has the sign of medical emmergency and on the back there are clear instructions for a case of hypoglicaemia: "I HAVE DIABETES, I am not intoxicated, If my behaviour seems unusual, and if I can swallow, give me sugar in any form: fruit juice, soda, syrup, candy, etc. CALL A DOCTOR”
For children the reference to intoxication is omitted.
The detailed version has on its front the sign of medical emmergency and indications for a case of hypoglicaemia: În această variantă se inscipționează pe față simbolul de urgență medicală și instrucțiunile pentru situații de urgență:"I HAVE DIABETES, I am not intoxicated, If my behaviour seems unusual, and if I can swallow, give me sugar in any form: fruit juice, soda, syrup, candy, etc. CALL A DOCTOR”. For the dogtags meant for children the reference to intoxication is omitted.
On the back of the dogtag we may provide information regarding: ID details (name, address, phone number), vital data (diagnosis), allergies, contact details for emmergency situations, medication, etc.

What may I order?
The tailored medical dogtags for emmergency situations (diabetes, hypoglicaemia or other chronic conditions) are produced with personalized information provided by you. There is already a history of using such dogtags, so we suggest a number of options that might fit your case (for the persons with diabetes). Outside these options (offered mainly for the persons with diabetes) one may request enscribing any other information. Considering our main target audience, we limit our products to monochrome enscribing (black on silver or grey background).
The tailored dogtag order includes one dogtag, the connecting ring, a clear silicone silencer and the ball chain or key ring.
